These terms apply to appliance repair services provided by Appliance Repair Fallbrook (“we”, “us”) and to your use of appliancerepairfallbrook.net. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Booking and appointments
You can book by phone, by text, or by sending a booking request through our contact page. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm a time window with you. Appointment windows are estimates; rural properties in De Luz, Rainbow, and Pala may need next-day scheduling, and we will let you know if we are running late. If you need to reschedule, please call us as early as possible.
Please give an accurate description of the appliance and fault, tell us whether the property is on a private well or municipal supply and whether the road in is paved, provide safe access to the appliance, and let us know about any hazards, such as gas or propane smells, water leaks, or electrical damage.
Diagnostic fee, surcharges, and quotes
The residential diagnostic call-out is $89, waived if you proceed with the repair. Properties beyond paved roads carry a $30 rough-road surcharge, which is added to the diagnostic fee and stated at scheduling. Commercial diagnostics are $135, with the fee applied to the repair. After diagnosis, you receive a flat-rate quote before any work begins, and no repair work starts without your approval. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee and any surcharge are payable.
Commercial service
Commercial repair labour is charged at a $135 per hour minimum, with parts at standard trade markup. Preventive maintenance contracts are priced per piece of equipment, quoted individually, and governed by the terms of each contract.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and ACH transfer. An invoice is issued on completion.
Parts
Parts are sourced through authorised distributor networks and, for vintage appliances, specialist suppliers. Parts arrival times are estimates that depend on the distributor and manufacturer, and are not guaranteed. Where parts must be ordered, we will schedule a return visit to complete the repair.
Repair warranty
Every repair carries a 90-day parts and labour warranty. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, the return visit is at no charge. The warranty covers the specific repair performed.
The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, or water damage (including scale, sediment, or corrosion from untreated well water), or work performed by others after our repair. Manufacturer warranties on new parts or appliances apply separately and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.
Water treatment guidance
Where we discuss water testing or water treatment, the guidance is general and neutral: we do not sell water treatment systems or receive referral fees. Decisions about water treatment, and any plumbing work outside appliance service, are yours and your chosen contractor’s.
Information on this website
Prices, repair ranges, response times, and parts timings on this website are typical figures provided for general guidance. The quote you receive after diagnosis is the price that applies to your repair. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind about its content or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from our services or your use of this website, including loss of food, harvest, inventory, or business income, except where caused by our negligence or where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California consumer protection law.
Links to other websites
This website may link to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to our services or this website will be handled by the courts located in San Diego County, California, unless the law requires otherwise. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. If we do not enforce a term, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in effect when you book applies to that service.
